Outplacement consultants

Our work as outplacement consultants has delivered significant value since 1991.  During that time we have helped many hundreds of individuals move to more fulfilling - and usually better paid - roles.

Please note hundreds - not thousands. We are not an outplacement "production line".  We very specifically set out to provide personal and customised services.  OK - if we included numerous delegates to workshop/training-based outplacement services (see programmes), the numbers would be greater.    But we measure ourselves on results not numbers.

• We are not aware of any individual choosing to fully use our services who has not ended up with a satisfactory outcome.

Of course, this is an easy claim to make and is somewhat superficial:

• A few people have embarked on programmes and then decided that after all they do not want to take another salaried job.  Which we think is fine - it is all about what is right for the individual.
• Similarly, a handful (yes, fewer than 1 per year) of potential clients (individuals referred by their employer) have met with us and decided not to take immediate advantage of the service, typically because they are already in contact with potential sources of employment.

We summarise our services as:

• Niche, personal, flexible.
• Confidential, supportive.
• Listening not selling.
• "On your side" - but very much results driven.

We deliver the full range of outplacement support - 1:1, group, comprehensive web-based resource materials, own business start up where required.

Geographically we deliver programmes in London & M4/M3 corridors (we are based in the Thames Valley).

The individuals we support work in many different disciplines, and with a considerable range of salaries.  In the last year we have helped people move into new roles from £200k to £30k.  Typical earnings are £50k-£100k.
